Approval to issue check payable to Texas Department of Transportation Trust Fund in the amount of $81,800.00 for the County's estimated share of direct state costs for right of way acquisition for the Hidalgo County (Pct 2) Nolana Loop Road Project, with authority for the County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.
