Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments on the revised Housing Guidelines for the contract (No. 18-419-000-B128) between the Hidalgo County Urban County Program (UCP) and the Texas General Land Office (GLO).
BACKGROUND
The primary focus of the housing recovery program is to provide housing reconstruction activities in Hidalgo County affected by the 2015 severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds, and flooding (DR-4223) and (DR-4245) events while complying with all CDBG-DR requirements. The GLO Housing Guidelines provide a blueprint for the design and implementation of the UCP CDBG-DR Housing Program.
