Requesting authorization and approval to purchase promotional items under "Public Purpose" ( pursuant to Texas Constitution, Art 3, Section 52) but not limited to : table cloths, banners, pens, pencils, junior deputy badges and etc. items.  These items will be used to inform, relate progress, educate and report important information to our constituents on aspects of numerous projects, programs and events.
