1. Discussion, consideration and approval to payout overtime hours to be worked in preparation of the March 3, 2020, Primary Election by the Hidalgo County Elections Department permanent staff who will work the election cycle beginning January 13, 2020 until June 12, 2020 in accordance with Hidalgo County Civil Service Commission Rules.
2. Approval of 2020 interdepartmental transfer from Co. Wide Adm.-Contingency to Elections Dept to fund overtime and fringes expenses.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Funds available as of 1-23-2020. There is no fiscal impact, since overtime & fringes costs incurred by the County are reimbursed by the entity contracting for elections services.
