The Urban County Program is requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No.1 to the Professional Service Agreement with Hinojosa Engineering, Inc. The original contract amount was $20,000.00 and will be increased by $27,969.39, for a total contract amount of $47,969.39, utilizing CDBG FY 28 (2015) La Joya Street Improvement funds. Also requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 2 for additional work.

Hinojosa Engineering Inc. submitted supplemental agreement #1 to amend their professional engineering service agreement for the La Joya -2017 Street Improvements Project.  The amendment will allow for the preparation of plans & specifications, surveying, project oversite and status reports for street Improvements.  The original contract included 7,452 LF of improvements.  The supplemental agreement will increase the scope of work to 12,728 LF.  (Attached for review is the Supplemental Professional Services Agreement, Exhibits and Work Authorization No.2 as reviewed by District Attorney’s office, Certificate of Insurance and HB 1295 Forms.
