The Urban County Program requests approval of the Emergency Solutions Grant Program Sub-Recipient Agreements with the following Non-Profit Agencies for Program Year 32 (2019) retroactively effective October 1, 2019 to May 31, 2021.  (See attached Agreement)

* Women Together Foundation, Inc.
* The Salvation Army of McAllen-Hidalgo County
 

BACKGROUND

The 2019-2021 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) has a two (2) year agreement with HUD effective 7/1/2019 to 6/30/2021. HUD allows Hidalgo County to enter a retroactive sub-recipient agreement with its three (3) partnering agencies.
Currently our ESG sub-recipients are submitting eligible requests for payment invoices from October 2019 to current. Therefore, the Urban County Program Office is requesting approval to enter contract agreements from 10/1/2019 to 06/30/2021.
