Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                                         for the provision of Construction Materials Geo-technical Testing Service for an Urban County Program Years 31 & 32 (2018 & 2019) Palmview Street Improvements project (Greenland Subd.).

Project consists of funding for the paving (overlay) of streets to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity, and professional engineering services, geotechnical, material testing fees, and all related appurtenances,  etc.    Location:  Greenland Subdivision (All streets),  in Palmview Texas.
