In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program (UCP) held a public hearing on April 21, 2020 at County Commissioners Court for solicitation of comments on the proposed changes to its Citizen Participation Plan. No comments were received.
