Requesting authority to exercise the ninety (90) day grace period extension as provided in the current contract E-19-110-06-06 for Hidalgo County- "Off Premises Record Storage" with CTC Distributing, LTD. under the same rates, terms and conditions so as to have no lapse in service while procurement process is completed and awarded.
