BACKGROUND
Employee #148431 may request to receive cash payment for accrued Annual Leave, Compensatory Leave and Holiday Leave from the Elected Official. The request must be submitted to the Commissioner's Court as the governing authority for approval. Employee shall be paid at an hourly rate commensurate with the employee's last classified "non-exempt" rate of pay. Annual Leave, Holiday Leave and Compensatory time to be paid based on the separation from HCSO.
