Pursuant to contract C-18-194-12-18 and in accordance with provision 2.3, "Modification of an Executed Statement of Work" between HC and SADA Systems, Inc. for project titled "Cloud Hosted and Managed Email Services", requesting approval to purchase 1,000 additional licenses and authority for the IT Director, Daniel Salinas to sign the change request form. 

BACKGROUND

11/11/2018 - AI-68017 - Presentation of scoring grid
11/18/2018 - AI-68127 - Approval and acceptance of negotiated agreement
11/19/2019 - AI-73140 - Approval to add additional departments

Additional licenses are required as the continued growth of the County has exceeded the 2,000 licenses originally purchased and the additional 1,000 licenses are to compensate for additional departments and new employees.
