If applicable, pursuant to Hidalgo County's Exiting Elected Official Expenditure Policy (3.1 (1), requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to current contract [C-12-246-10-16] with L&G Consulting Engineers, professional services for, "Liberty Road Project (from US 83 to Mile 3)" to amend the project name from "Tom Gill/Liberty Road" to "Liberty Road (From US Expressway 83 to FM 2221) and to extend the original agreement termination date of October 16, 2018 for an additional two (2) years in order to complete the scope of work currently in progress under this agreement.
