“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase equipment from Southern Computer Warehouse for the City of Mercedes Library in the amount of $25,841.14.  UCP Fiscal Years 31 & 32 (2018-2019) City of Mercedes will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

Three written quotes were requested, received and reviewed.  The lowest responsible quote was received from Southern Computer Ware House.   The equipment will be utilized by the City of Mercedes Library.  Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order.  (Price Quotation form & Quotes are attached for your review.
