Ratification of Purchase Order #821202 issued to AIM Media Texas Operating, LLC, dba, The Monitor Business Office for the publication on digital media notices/reminders to the residents of the impending deadlines to participate, complete and submit the Census notifying the public of the importance and impact of a true population count and it's impact to Hidalgo County.
