Discussion on Hidalgo County's current Disaster Recovery Debris Management Contracts.

BACKGROUND

1. The primary, secondary and tertiary Debris Management Services Contracts were awarded in 2019 for an initial term of 2 years;
    a. Primary - Ceres Environmental Services, Incl;
    b. Secondary - CrowderGulf, LLC;
    c. DRG Emergency Services, LLC;
2. The initial term expires 08-26-21.  The County has the sole option to renew for 3 one year term extensions under the same rates, terms and conditions;
3.  First quarter of next year, CC will be asked if they wish to extend the contracts for the permitted one year term; OR,
4.  If County does not wish to extend for the one year, the option to publish a new RFP would be presented for action and set the initial term and any renewal options.
