BACKGROUND
The Domestic Violence Court Grant is set to expire on 9-30-2020. The Adult Probation Dept. has received a letter from the Lower Rio Grande Development Council (LRGVDC) stating that the grant has been funded and conditionally approved in the amount of $143,480.24, however, department is waiting for final approval from the Office of the Governor-Criminal Justice Division (OOG-CJD).
Grant term for FY 2021 is from 10-1-2020 to 9-30-2021; no cash match required (grant application #3110405).
