Notification of a temporary change to the fee schedule for attorneys on misdemeanor pleas from $300 to $500 while the County's COVID-19 emergency order is in effect.
BACKGROUND
Friday, on May 11, 2020, the Board of Judges approved a temporary increase on a fee for misdemeanor cases while the County's COVID-19 emergency order is in effect.
Pursuant to Code of Criminal Procedures 26.05(b), on the adoption of a schedule of fees, a copy of the fee schedule shall be sent to the commissioners court of the county.
