“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS LLC dba Earthworks, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $500.000.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 30 - 33 (2017- 2020) Peñitas Street Improvement Funds.

The bid opening was held on October 28, 2020 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks.  Project consists of Street Improvements within the City of Peñitas.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project engineer firm is CSJ Group.
