Discussion, consideration and action authorizing Hidalgo County to transfer Liberty Blvd. Project (Project Limits -From US 83 to Mile 3; CSJ: #0921-02-194) from Hidalgo County to City of Penitas. This includes, but is not limited to, transferring Advance Funding Agreement(s), and any other documentation from Hidalgo County to City of Penitas. Request will be submitted to the Rio Grande Valley Metropolitan Planning Organization (RGV-MPO) and to Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT).
