Terms of Agreement:
Monthly rate of $70,000 for an anual total of $840,000. If the County exceeds the 8,000 count of animals, PVAC agrees to receive animals at the $110 flat rate fee, per animal.
Amendment No. 1 Term: January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021
