Art. 3, Sec 52 for the purpose of outreach items commencing with the COVID-19 event by assisting with mitigating the spread including, but not limited to: Custom Cute small faces shield for kids, assorted imprint for a period of 12/15/2020 through the end of COVID-19 Grant [Program 76] which expires on 3-15-2021.
BACKGROUND
Said items will serve a public purpose through educational, instructional and outreach programs. Items are introduced to the community to assist in interaction with participants and to assist in bringing awareness and protection efforts as a means to comply with the COVID-19 program requirements.
