BACKGROUND
This is an updated and renewed agreement from the current agreement (expired May 2020) between HC and UTRGV, per AI-60020.
Previous agreement was stated "Surveillance & Screening of Mosquito-Borne Diseases in the Lower RGV".
Updated agreement states "Surveillance & Screening of Arboviral Diseases in the Lower RGV".
Arboviral encompasses are larger array of insects (mosquitos, ticks etc.), than specifically Mosquito-borne.
