Pursuant to Article 37 of the current Master Services Agreement [#C-17-314-03-26] between HC and Foremost Telecommunications, acceptance and approval of the Quote [attached to AI Backup Drive] for the provision of SIP [Session Initiation Protocol/voice over Internet Protocol/VoIP] and, if required, include additional DIDs [rates/charges noted on Service Order] in order to expand telephone service capacity with authority for County Judge or Executive Officer to execute said Service Order(s).
BACKGROUND
SIP Services provides routing of telephone all from a client's private branch exchange [PBX] telepone system to the PSTN [Public Switch Telephone Network].
