“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting approval of Supplemental Agreement No.1 to the Professional Engineering Services Agreement with CassLee Investments, LLC d/b/a CSJ Group. The original contract amount was $22,858.00 and will be increased by $21,639.00, for a total contract amount of 44,497.00 utilizing CDBG FY 31, 32 & 33 (2018-2020) Edcouch Street Improvement funds, and also requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 2 for additional engineering services

CassLee Investments, LLC d/b/a CSJ Group submitted supplemental agreement #1 to amend their Professional Engineering Service agreement for the Edcouch -2020 Street Improvements Project.  The amendment will allow for additional streets being added to the project.  (Attached for review is the Supplemental Professional Services Agreement, Exhibits and Work Authorization No.2 as reviewed by District Attorney’s office, Certificate of Insurance and HB 1295 Forms.
