“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Rio United Builders, LLC., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $453,000.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 29,30 & 32 (2016, 2017 & 2019) Elsa Fire Station and Equipment Funds. 

The bid opening was held on February 24, 2021 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Rio United Builders, LLC.  Project consists of the expansion of the Elsa Volunteer Fire Department.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project architect, construction contract, HB 1295 and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project architectural firm is Arkiiform, LLC.
