“Subject to compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Professional Engineering Services with Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $27,802.50, utilizing FY 33 (2020) City of Alamo Water & Sewer Improvements Funds and approval of Work Authorization No. 1.

On February 16, 2021, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Cruz-Hogan Consultants, Inc., for Professional Engineering Services.  See attached Contract Exhibits and Certificate of Liability Insurance.
