Discussion and consideration to accept offer from landowner of Raymondville Drain Phase 1, Segment 4, Parcel 27 for the acquisition of real property described as a 5.42 acre tract of land out of Blocks 19 and 20, Baker’s Subdivision, Hidalgo County, Texas, according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Volume 2, Page 46, Map Records, Hidalgo County, Texas, said real property being the subject of eminent domain proceedings filed under Cause No. CCD-0533-A in the Hidalgo County Court at Law No. 1, and to authorize the County Judge to execute all closing documents, subject to legal review.
