Approval of a Proclamation declaring April 2021 Fair Housing Month, and authorizing County Judge and County Clerk to sign any and all documents relating to this agenda.
BACKGROUND
The Fair Housing Act, Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 has been in effect since April 11, 1968 and protects the rights of all Americans to access housing regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, family status or disability.
