Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements under the Texas Local Government Code, Section 262.024 (A)(4) a professional service for Architectural Services in connection with "AS BUILT" drawings of the existing Courthouse to include annexes and the surrounding parking areas & sidewalks for the purposes of addressing required renovations;
