“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $216,666.50, utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 33(2020) Palmview Street Improvement Funds.

The bid opening was held on March 31, 2021 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprise for a total contract amount of $216,666.50. Project consists of Street Improvements within the City of Palmview.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project engineer firm is Hinojosa Engineering.
