“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Terra Fuerte Construction, LLC, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $803,210.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 31,32, 33 (2018- 2020)  Sullivan City Public Facility Improvement Funds.

The bid opening was held on April 14, 2021 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Terra Fuerte Construction, LLC.  Project consists of the continuation of funding for the construction of a public library to include but not limited to parking lot, lighting and related appurtenances. Other expenditures will include professional engineering/architectural services, surveying, geotechnical and construction material testing fees, etc.  Environmentally cleared in 2018.
