Acceptance of lowest submitted proposal and approval to award job order contractor, Herrcon, LLC. through our membership with BuyBoard (JOC contract # 581-19) in the amount of $24,434.08, for the construction of the Memorial Wall; honoring the brave men and women of the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office, who have fallen in the line of duty.
