Requesting approval of the service agreement between Hidalgo County and Dice Production of Weslaco to provide Precinct 4 with movies to be played/shown/aired at two parks: the Endowment Center--San Carlos Park, and J.R. Milo Ponce Memorial Park with a total of six (6) showings to be played at both locations.
BACKGROUND
Each of the six (6) showing has a licensing fee of $435.00 which totals at $2,610.00, and the vendor is charging a service rate of $475.00 each movie which totals to $2,850.00. The total price together is $5,460.00
