“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase equipment from Park Place Recreation Designs for the City of Mercedes S.M. Hinojosa Park in the amount of $ 29,172.00.  UCP Fiscal Years 31 & 32 (2018, 2019) City of Mercedes funds will be utilized.

Three written quotes were requested, received and reviewed.  The lowest responsible quote was received from Park Place Recreation Designs to include the cost of equipment, shipping and installation.   The equipment will be utilized by the City of Mercedes for S.M. Hinojosa.  Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order.  (Price Quotation form & Quotes are attached for your review).
