Slot 0489 (280-002): CCP section 8.02-4 guarantees at least a 3.5% increase when being promoted. The employee is moving from slot 0028 (280-002) R05S05 $50,695.00 as a Detention Sergeant and into slot 0489 Detention Lieutenant, currently budgeted at R07S01 $47,325.00. To satisfy the 3.5% guaranteed increase, the slot needs to be budgeted at an R07S04 at $52,470.00.
Slot 0067 (125-032): CCP section 8.02-4 guarantees at least a 3.5% increase when being promoted. The employee is moving from slot 0419 (280-001) R10S05 $66,013.00 as a Sergeant and into slot 0067 Lieutenant, currently budgeted at R12S01 $68,255.00. To satisfy the 3.5% guaranteed increase, the slot needs to be budgeted at an R12S02 at $69,961.00.
