BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the CDBG-DR GLO 2015 Housing Program office by the County Commissioners’ Court on June 25, 2021. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 29, 2021.
