1. Requesting approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) between City of Alton, Texas and County of Hidalgo, concerning certain improvements to the 6 Mile Road.
2. In accordance with Texas Government Code 791.014, Hidalgo County, Texas, acting by and through the Hidalgo County Commissioners Court, has been advised of a proposed road improvement project to overlay 6 Mile Road, between Mayberry Road and Bryan Road, through an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement to be entered into with City of Alton and Hidalgo County.
