Consideration and approval of Construction Contract Change Order for the City of Hidalgo Flood Drainage Improvements Project. Change Order No. 1 will increase the current construction contract with Mor-Will, LLC, in the amount of $142,222.50, and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with the Change Order.
BACKGROUND
The increase to the construction contract price is due to the additional adjacent area of flood improvements and street paving. Funding for this change order increase will be from the City of Hidalgo CDBG 2021 Flood Drainage Improvements Funding.
