A. Acceptance and approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County and City of Mercedes Police Department for the purpose of transfer/donation of Law enforcement equipment;

B. Requesting approval to declare as “surplus” the Law enforcement equipment listed in Exhibit A [contained herein] to transfer/donate to the City of Mercedes Police Department, including the removal of the assets from the Sheriff's Office inventory list.
