A. Acceptance and approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County and the City of La Joya for the purpose of transfer of Law enforcement equipment;

B. Requesting approval to declare as "surplus" the Law enforcement equipment listed in Exhibit A [contained herein] to transfer to the City of La Joya, and remove said assets from the Sheriff's Office inventory list.
