ARPA - American Rescue Plan Act Funds (1290):
A. Discussion, consideration, and action to approve the use of ARPA Relief Funds for the Hidalgo County American Rescue Plan Act Expanding Access to Healthcare Program for the improvement of Hidalgo County Health Clinics and with the purpose of increasing access to healthcare services. The Court, having reviewed the program overview, herein finds that such expenditures are reasonable and necessary for the intended use.
B. Discussion, consideration, and action to approve the following projects under the Hidalgo County American Rescue Plan Act Expanding Access to Healthcare Program.
