CAPTION

“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprises, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $218,066.00 utilizing UCP City of Alton Street Improvement Funds, Fiscal Years 33 & 34 (2020 & 2021).

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on November 17, 2021 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was 2GS, LLC dba Earthworks Enterprises.  Project consists of Street Improvements within the City of Alton.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.  Project engineer firm is HC Engineering.

Available Funds:    $     4,835.75       2020 Alton Street Improvements
