CAPTION

“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase equipment from Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists, Inc., for Precinct No. 1 for the Monte Alto Fire Department in the amount of $24,020.00.  UCP Fiscal Years 35 (2021) Pct. #1 Fire Stations/Equipment funds will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

Three written quotes were requested, only one vendor responded, quote was reviewed.  The quote was received from Metro Fire Apparatus Specialists, Inc.   The equipment will be utilized by the Monte Alto Fire Department.  Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order.  (Price Quotation form & Quotes are attached for your review.
