“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with RG Enterprises LLC dba G & G Contractors, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $109,100.00 utilizing CDBG-DR GLO 2015 Funding (pending legal review).
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on December 29, 2021, bid #6548-85-2400-5000-0000-00-09-UCP-AP and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was RG Enterprises LLC dba G & G Contractors. Project consists of demolition and reconstruction of (1) unit in the Countywide area. Contract is attached.
