3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                                              for the provision of Engineering Service for an Urban County Program Year 34 (2021) Progreso Street Improvements project.

Project consists of the reconstruction of streets including but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity to include curb and gutter, and related appurtenances, other expenditures include professional engineering service fees, geo-technical and construction material testing fees and advertisements, etc.
