BACKGROUND
- A discrepancy was identified between the elevation of the properties and the final elevation of the proposed roadway at the northwest corner of Mile 6 Wand Mile 10 N. The elevation difference is around 4 feet. The Design Engineer has provided updated construction plans and specs to mitigate this discrepancy. Total Changes Cost= $123,512.35
- Additional items were required for CO#1 after its approval due to a field conflict. Design Engineers updated Plan Sheet 180 to overrun Item Number 1008-6003 Pressure Irrigation PVC Pipe (12-in) by a quantity of 75 LF. Total Changes Cost= $10,500.00
- The Design Engineer has provided updated construction plans and specs to mitigate these issues. The updated plans were forwarded to Texas Cordia Construction (TCC) along with a directive to provide a proposal for this work. TCC submitted a proposal for this item, and it was forwarded to TxDOT for concurrence. TxDOT approved the proposal as submitted.
