Constable Pct. 1 Operation Stonegarden Grant (OPSG) (1284):
1. Approval to enter into a License Plate Reader (LPR) User Agreement between Hidalgo County Constable Pct. 1 and Texas Department of Public Safety - Crime Records Services for the purpose of accessing and utilizing the Texas LPR database, as required by the granting agency, with authority for Constable Celestino Avila, as authorized User Agency official, to sign agreement and all required documents.
2. Approval of the Constable Pct. 1 Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) Departmental Policy for the purpose of establishing guidelines and procedures in relation to the use of LPR technology, as required by the granting agency.

Constable Pct. 1 is required to submit to the Office of the Governor, granting agency, the signed LPR User Agreement and the ALPR Departmental Policy in order to be in compliance with grant requirements.  DPS Crime Records Division will provide written certification of the Hidalgo County Constable Pct. 1 participation, upon request.
