Consideration and approval of the Three Year Cooperation Agreement for reinstatement for the City of Progreso Lakes for fiscal years 2021-2023 necessary for the re-qualification of Hidalgo County as an Urban County for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Program.
BACKGROUND
As part of the H.U.D. Urban County re-qualification process, Hidalgo County is to enter into a Three Year Cooperation Agreement with each participating city. The City of Progreso Lakes Opted out for Fiscal Year 2021 and is now requesting to be reinstated.
