Requesting approval to execute the 2020-2024 Colonia Self-Help Center (SHC) Program agreement between the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca, Inc.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program (UCP) requested proposals to enter into a contract agreement with a non-profit organization that has demonstrated ability to implement Colonia self-help activities. A committee met and evaluated the proposals received. The criteria used in the evaluation process included past experience, capacity to perform project activities and leveraging of additional funding. The UCP requests approval to enter into an agreement with Proyecto Azteca, Inc., for the 2020-2024 Hidalgo County Colonia Self-Help Center project in the amount of $250,000.
