1. Discussion, consideration, and approval to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County, acting by and through, Constable Precinct No. 2 and Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH) for the fiscal year 2022 (Sept. 1, 2022 to Aug. 31, 2023) in relation to the Justice Involved Individuals (JII) program with authority for County Judge, as authorized official, to execute agreement.
2. Authorization to pay overtime reimbursable under the Interlocal Agreement terms and conditions.
3. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by Co. Auditor, in the amount of $78,196.00 and appropriation of the same.
